Noemi & Pepe's Wedding Weekend Recap - Rehearsal | San Francisco Bay Area Wedding Photographer
I love attending the rehearsals of my couples because it offers an opportunity for me to meet and hang out with the bride & groom and their closest of family & friends. Their dearest of supporters. Those who have known them the longest and the very same ones who have the best stories to tell too. It's like a much more intimate wedding day except more relaxed and no one is really aware of following a timeline, just who can one up the next best story of the bride and groom.
I, of course showed up early and got to scope out the venue for the first time and got a feel for the location and lighting situations. It also allowed me to become familiar of possible blind spots and what -nots during the ceremony. I actually have another wedding in October at Heather Farms (yay!).
After the rehearsal at Heather Farms, it was off to a family friend of the Mother of the Groom's out in Concord. Pepe & his friends cooked up a delicious authentic Mexican meal of Chicken Mole and a vegetarian option of Chile Relleno. There is one thing I should note...keep me away from the salsa and guacamole. I cannot control myself when there is chips, salsa and guac. Especially the three different types of salsa and guacamole they had. I would really like some right about now actually. YUM!
Anyway, where was I? Oh yes...rehearsal dinners, they are awesome! So if you are thinking of inviting your photographer and or adding it to your package - YOU SHOULD!!!
Next on the blog will be Noemi & Pepe's spectacular entertainment filled wedding story! Stay tuned!
